Terms of Service: Targeted Improvement Program (TIP)

## 1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, purchasing access to, or participating in the Targeted Improvement Program ("TIP" or "Program"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Program is a pilot initiative by Orlando Hypnosis Clinic ("OHC"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Program.

Electronic Signature: Your check-box affirmation at the time of purchase or enrollment constitutes your electronic signature and full acceptance of these terms.

## 2. Nature of the Program (Pilot Phase)

TIP is a structured mindset coaching and hypnotherapy pilot program designed for rapid behavioral optimization and root-cause resolution of subconscious blocks.

Pilot Program & Founding Members: As a pilot program, TIP may involve experimental frameworks, new session structures, and unique data collection (anonymized) to refine the methodology. Participants in this phase may be designated as "Founding Members." This designation is for early-access recognition only and does not grant any ownership, equity, or decision-making rights in OHC.

## 3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

TIP is a coaching and hypnotherapy program for educational and self-improvement purposes.

* No Medical Advice: The Program does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

* No Substitute: TIP is not a substitute for professional medical care or clinical mental health therapy.

* Consult Your Provider: If you are under the care of a licensed healthcare provider for any condition, you must consult them before starting this Program. Do not discontinue or change any medication or treatment plan based on Program content.

## 4. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Participation in TIP does not establish a clinical therapist-client or healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and OHC or its practitioners. A formal clinical relationship is only established through a separate, signed Clinical Informed Consent and intake process for individualized clinical services.

## 5. Eligibility & Safety (Contraindications)

Hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques are generally safe but are not suitable for everyone. You should NOT participate in TIP if you have:

* A history of epilepsy or seizure disorders.

* Diagnosed psychosis, schizophrenia, or Bipolar I (mania).

* Severe untreated dissociative disorders.

* Current suicidal ideation or self-harm urges.

Safety Warning: Never listen to hypnosis audio or engage in sessions while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where your full alertness is required for safety.

## 6. Results & Assumption of Risk

* Individual Results Vary: While OHC utilizes techniques based on thousands of successful sessions, no specific outcome or "cure" is guaranteed.

* Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with hypnosis and mindset coaching, including potential emotional or psychological responses.

## 7. Intellectual Property

All TIP materials—including audio tracks, worksheets, videos, and proprietary methodologies—are the exclusive property of Orlando Hypnosis Clinic. You are granted a limited, personal-use license only. You may not share, record, sell, or redistribute Program content.

## 8. Payment, Pilot Pricing & Refunds

* Pilot Pricing: You agree to the price stated on the TIP landing page at the time of enrollment.

* All Sales Final: Due to the digital delivery of materials and the limited availability of pilot slots, all payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

* Chargebacks: You agree to contact OHC support directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in immediate termination of Program access.

## 9. Confidentiality & Group Privacy

If TIP includes a group community or group sessions:

* Group Discretion: While we encourage a safe environment, OHC cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information you share in group settings.

* Respect: Participants must maintain the privacy of other members.

## 10. Governing Law (Florida)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

## 11. SMS & Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Orlando Hypnosis Clinic for appointment reminders, program updates, and marketing communications.

* Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

* Disclosures: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

* Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

* Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS program.
